Alan in Belfast's Desk...

Is anybody else shocked by this desk? I mean I’m a grubby sod but this? OOOOOH Crikey! As Alan himself said…

“I have a dream, that one day the study will be a haven of calm, where leads will be hidden and paper filed away, that thoughts can flow without being interrupted by an avalanche of junk and detritus pouring off the desk and onto my knee … And then I wake up and smell the dusty mess and realise that it’s just not my style.”

I am in awe. Sheer horrendous beauty.
‘Chaos theory’ falls flat on its face in light of this desk.

The desk that backs onto mine – his and hers desks in the study! – is at least as bad! And we only moved in six weeks ago, so it’ll get messier before it gets better.
